Non-Welded Aluminium Slats set into Posts
A choice of Powder Coated or Wood Look Aluminium with different slat sizes that fit into posts horizontally. Slats are either friction fit into holes pre-cut into channels screwed to the posts for fast assembly or screwed directly into slots in the posts with screws hidden by clip on covers. Posts are one way, two way straight or for corners.
Non-Welded Aluminium Slats set into Rails
A choice of Powder Coated or Wood Look Aluminium with different slat sizes that fit into Rails vertically. Slats are either friction fit into holes pre-cut into channels that are screwed to the rails for fast assembly with two gaps or are screwed directly into slots in the rails to allow for any gap and have covers that clip over the screws.
Non-Welded Aluminium Slats on Front of Rails
A choice of Wood Look or Powder Coated Aluminium with different slat sizes that fit onto the front of Rails vertically with any gap. Slats are either single piece riveted from the back with angles or two piece where one half screws to the front of the rail and the other half clips on top hiding the screws completely.
Fully-Welded Aluminium Slats on front of Rails
A choice of different slat sizes and gaps welded onto the front of Rails vertically. These are quicker to install because the panels are ready made but aren't as easy to transport because they are whole panels not long packs like the non-welded system are.
