No-weld Back Support - Mill Finish

A length of extruded aluminium 40mm x 13mm x 5.8m long specifically designed to screw onto the back of horizontal slats on No-weld sliding or swing gates wider than 1.5m. Comes with the cover for the screws, which is a different extrusion than that used for No-weld gate frames.

Is mill finish that is raw aluminium as it comes from the mill, which has distinctive draw lines from the extruding process if that's the raw metal look you're after. Mill finish Aluminium doesn't rust or degrade in the weather and because No-weld doesn't require welding the corners of gate frames retain the same clean finish right to the very edge NOT like welded gates where the corners are welded and must be ground back and sanded smooth leaving a different finish to the rest of the gate so don't looks as nice left as a mill finish. Also if slats are used these must be tack welded so also don't look as nice as a mill finish.

This extrusions has flutes for screwing into the end, which allow it to be screwed to the frame of a No-weld gate using Allen Head screws and an Allen key as it must be screwed in on an angle.
