No-weld Box Section Framing - Mill Finish

Aluminium extrusions designed specifically for fabricating gates without welding that have slats, battens, laser cut metal sheeting or palings fitted to the front of the frame or tubing set into holes drilled into the frame.

Is mill finish that is raw aluminium as it comes from the mill, which has distinctive draw lines from the extruding process if that's the raw metal look you're after. Mill finish Aluminium doesn't rust or degrade in the weather and because No-weld doesn't require welding the corners of gate frames retain the same clean finish right to the very edge NOT like welded gates where the corners must be ground back and sanded smooth leaving a different finish to the rest of the gate so don't look as nice left as a mill finish.

This framing comes in two parts: a framing extrusion with an internal wall for screwing on framing brackets or vertical tubing if used and a cover extrusion that clips onto the open back face to cover the screws up, leaving a nice clean finish.
