Akuvox R28A - 4G Video Gate Intercom for up to 100 Residents
The Akuvox R28A IP Video Intercom Outdoor station is paired with a TBR140 4G Gateway forms a 4G Video Gate Intercom that uses the 4G or 3G Mobile Phone network to connect to the Internet eliminating the need for installing any cabling from the gate to each residence that can save a lot of money for new or established communities and for established communities there is no disruption of having existing paving dug up to install cables or unsightly cables run up walls. Does require a SIM for a small monthly fee though and some cable run between the Outdoor Station and Gates. If replacing an old system the existing cables to gates can normally be reused.

In a Managers or Security Office there would be a Yeastar U100 server connected to the Internet router for the office that can call Smartphones or Tablets with the free Akuvox Vfone App. The U100 provides voice mail if no one answers and call logging. There is also a log of who uses a gate or door.

An Akuvox R48G IP Video Phone necessary for managing the system, can also answer calls and place calls to any residence and normal phones. Has other features such as viewing any IP surveillance cameras and browsing the Internet.

Colour Night Vision.
Has a 4.3" Colour Screen that can be customised to suit the application. When digital keypad buttons are pressed the screen responds accordingly. If a unit number is entered and call button pressed then then a call is made to a Smartphone or Tablet with an App assigned to that Residence or if the up and down arrows are pressed the name of a Residence can be found and call button pressed to call them. If just the call button is pressed then the site manager or security can be called.
Smartphones maybe called anywhere in the world.
The resident may open 1 out of up to 3 gates from their phone. If a # key is pressed followed by a PIN then another # then a gate can be opened too or if an RFID Card or Tag is touched a gate can also be opened.
Smartphone or Tablet can indicate whether gate or door is open or closed. Note: require an electrical connection to gate motor/lock that has monitoring facilities or installation of position sensor for this to work.
Can easily be connected to control an automatic driveway gate operator or release an electric strike/magnetic lock for a pedestrian gate or door.
When call button is pressed a voice message lets visitor know what's going on.
Can use more than one Outdoor Station calling the same Residence if there is more than one gate or door.
Smart phone App can also connect to and view stand alone IP cameras or those on an IP video surveillance system for different viewing angles. It can also access an video recorded on an NVR.
Outdoor Stations Camera can be viewed anytime from Smartphone or Tablet or IP video surveillance system.
