Non-Welded Aluminium Slats set into Stiles
A choice of Wood Look or Powder Coated Aluminium with different slat sizes that fit into stiles horizontally. Slats are either friction fit or screwed into channels with screws hidden by clip on covers. Can fit into concrete or brick walls or with brackets as window or veranda shades.
Non-Welded Aluminium Slats set into Rails
A choice of Wood Look or Powder Coated Aluminium with 4 different slat sizes either horizontal or vertical. Slats are either two piece with one piece screwed to the front of the frame and the other clipped on top so no welds, screws or rivets are visible or one piece slats can riveted from the back with angles to save money.

Fully Welded Aluminium with Slats
Different sizes of slats either horizontal or vertical fitted into routered stiles or rails or can be welded to the front of a stiles or rails with any gap from 8mm. These screens can be Powder Coated only, no option of Wood Look Aluminium as this can't be welded. Screens wider then 1500mm have a back support behind the slats.
Non-Welded Aluminium Vertical Battens
A choice of Wood Look or Powder Coated Aluminium battens fitted to the front of Rails. Choice of 25mm, 32mm, 40mm battens or radiator style any gap. Battens are either two piece with one piece screwed to the front of the frame and the other clipped on top or are one piece riveted from the back with angles.
Fully Welded Powder Coated Aluminium Vertical Battens
Aluminium battens are welded to the front of 40mm square Aluminium Rails. Choice of 25mm, 32mm, 40mm battens or radiator style any gap from 20mm. Ends of rails are attached with brackets to walls. These screens are powder coated only, no option of Wood Look Aluminium as this can't be welded.
